Bobby, The yearly looks like a shuttle launch. They may get away with inching the interest rate and I have heard predictions of 10.5K. Vertigo is right. I watch the TED Spread and it is moving to dangerous areas. Fri. close was 83.5 When times are good it's around 50- 60. It last peaked on Oct.20/97 at 96. The last low that I have recorded was Feb.27/98 at 61. The lowest low I have was Nov.23/96 at 48. These are all weekly.
