Francis, what % of total IP traffic do you think IP-telephony represents, or is going to represent over the next 3-5 years? Do you think some taxes on this % will impair the biz plans of these companies; QWST & LVLT? I can see the taxes more greatly affecting the likes of VOCLF or ETEL. Many thanks for the Red Herring article (seems guardedly bullish don't you think?). Is your Gaskins-site review up yet? Regards, kgo
