Hi Bruce, I think the lawyers have been involved all along. They do too much work for us on the M&A front to not be involved in this as well. Here's some tidbits about what we've had "done" for us.... 2/5/97 DCTC trading at 5.37 --- 5.50 Merger with CC announced and the price closes the day at 4.50. 11/6/97 High of 4.00......SMTK deal announced.....11/13/97 3.00 .... ........12/5/97 2.25 What changed in those time periods? CC shareholders were receiving shares.......coincidence? I think not....... Take care... Lou
