Hello, Rehtt...your portfolio is none of my business,but I
feel that you should consider a lot of stuff before
buying your puts/shorts on aol -

1. Do you know the NYSE specialist system? If not, take
a "Random Walk" over to the Richard Ney thread;

2. Do you know how a specialist profits from your short
trade other than the "squeeze"? Stock Detective website
has an article on this, too.

3. You probably know that H&Q and the power houses are
treating this issue with white, pure silk gloves. Witness
how Goldie purchased 900k shares from Bertelsmann and
just slowly selling in 100k blocks so as not to flood
the market and thereby depress the price.

4. And lastly, time is not your ally with options!

Good luck Rhett, fwiw, I've been long on this since
Feb 97 at 18, post-split, while someone on this thread
is already 100% underwater on some of his short positions.
