Due to IRS and Justice Dept intervention, will GalaxiWorld's
site be open to anyone with a USA IP address ?

Seems I heard that US residents will not be able to "play" in
the GLCCF casino, YET it will be open via Internet to rest of the world.

Maybe a "non-monetary" version of GalaxiWorld will be open
to the US.
