Hi, Ryan. I suggest that you talk to Roger Fullerton at 612-929-7243 and get the details directly from him. He's WRN's IR rep. I have found him open and helpful. My understanding is that getting International Rigs listed on Nasdaq Small Cap by summer is the desired outcome, but I'm sure the exact nature of things will be determined as the deal gets structured over the next several weeks.
