($5 to $10 dollar a trade under 5,000 shares) Though it requires you have funds in the account before you can trade. brownco.com The second - Lombard (Dicover) Brokerage (A unit of Sears- Morgan Stanley) Free quotes on the web (no quote limit) ($15 - $19 a trade under 5,000 shares). Got all quotes from its web site. Though it requires you have funds in the account before you can trade. discoverbrokerage.com The third - Waterhouse Security (I am a shareholder) (A unit of Toronto-Dominian Bank) ($12 a trade under 5000 shares) It is still as good as ever. webbroker9.waterhouse.com Any of the above three is better than Schwab's (commision wise).
