Hi there,

I am in the process of doing my DD to determine whether I'll join the FAMHily on Monday. Much of what I see looks good and promising but I am concerned about one, tiny little thing that is just nagging at the back of my brain: What the hell is with this Morton Downey shtick?

The company seems tightly focused on its core operations, growing them quickly by acquisition, etc., and then out of the blue they are pumping money into a shock-jock's tv show? Why? Shouldn't they be using their limited resources in more effective ways?

I am sure this has been asked and answered before but I have not yet come across it in reading all these many, many posts. If some one could take pity on my weak eyes and carpal tunnelled hands and offer me an answer, I'll be there with you come monday.

P.S. It would be nice to see my winning streak continued with this one: DGIV, GBIT and maybe now FAMH. The gods mayjust be shining on this poor soul. :-)
