Can you tell us where you get your info stating that "INTC is
not one of the companies that make up the SIA's BTB".

SIA does not publicly say what companies are included in the
figure but last time I heard (from unofficial sources) INTC is lumped
in there along with NSM, TI, and a host of others.

Please clarify...
