John Sartz, well-known V.P. of Global Strategy and very successful manager of some Canadian funds, thinks it is not reasonable that a $3.4 million order could raise the company's value by 500 million (the market value after the run-up). He considers the GM order a mere "paper-clip" budget, about as much as they would spend on that item.
He says such strategies of majors are merely small bets on a "long-shot." You may see a reaction soon. Good luck.
