If you are as educated a man as your title intimates, I'd suggest you deal with questions put directly to you. As I read BG's posts I'm quite sure he's more than capable of providing an answer to a very honest and forthright question. Meanwhile, I am wondering why you feel compelled to be so defensive about something with which you are not involved. I sincerely appreciate the information I am receiving while being a lurker, but do not feel one bit ashamed about not understanding the various relationships and asking the necessary and attendant questions of those that also post. It is after all part of the DD process, no? I do hope this clarifies my position as it is definitely not my intent to provoke anyone that makes any contribution to the knowledge base about this equity. Rich
