I don't know if you read many threads on SI, but there are so many different characters on them it is often very hard to tell where people are coming from. Couple the style and language of posters with the fact that most people don't know the other posters and the end result is a forum in which one really must take everything they read with a grain (or gram) of salt.

There are all kinds of motives in play at all times. I am and I assume that others are as well, extremely doubtful of posters who come on board suddenly and post information that cannot be either be verified or information which is unsupported by a URL.

You or anyone else can't expect the others to take what you stated seriously without some type of verification. Just to say that you know these things and then hint to the others who have been following this story stock for a very long time that the verification is in the court docket will not make anyone believe you.

Now, if the judge is ready to rule on this case that would be good news. If the judge is ready to rule in favor of E-Data, that would be GREAT NEWS.

If you really do have information to that effect, I for one will
give you your dues. I just wish you had approached it a little differently. I do think that it is curious that you haven't really indicated which direction the judge will take and that is certainly unusual for such posts. Most people will make such a statement and then declare that they know which direction the stock is headed.
