Read elsewhere that the total issue is 3,500,000 class A shares.
NOT part of the issue are some 39,000,000 class B shares with
10 votes per share (v/s 1 per class A).

Hmmm... What significance does this have to common investors ?
One thing that is sure is that all voting will be loaded.
