What is the nature of the emulsion? Is is + or -, cationic or anionic?
Usually small amounts of conductive salts or acids will destroy most emulsions. However some are immune to that 'shorting' of the emulsion.
Recall how sour lactic acid curdles milk?

Perhaps your personality would do it.
try lemon juice.

Is this a tonnage situation?, you need to destroy big volumes of emulsion?, there are special silicon oils that can do that, try Dow Corning, . They must have a web site.
