<please tell me if i got this right> yes you do, your pc turns into a tv. The web access part for the wavetop comes from a public broadcast station as part of the signal. Remember though its ine way to you only. you can also watch TV a do other work on the pc at the same time. I saw the demo today in the windows 98 broadcast in a movie theatre . You can get the web content while you watch the tv show.
