Hi Joe, I looked at RACN on P&F basis, RS is Sell in a column of O's, it broke a double top on 2-10-98 and is now above the bearish resistance line at 11. Nice on a pull back to around 11'ish but watch it as RS in O's means that it is underpreforming the market, not bad but just keep it in mind.
