Qwest's Voice over IP product is channeled through an ISP provider (CO SuperNet purchase), thus avoiding the LEC's access charges, that is the basis of the cost advantage. So to say they are running it over their own network, you are right, but it is how the call is originated that defines it as an internet product... Any smarter people out there please correct me if I am wrong! MileHigh
