I keep wondering and please tell me if already discused in the past.

Every RN share owns 0.65 of NA share. NA is currently at 47 5/8 which gives
each share of RN A value of $30 5/8 before the tobacco part which earns
an additional $1.40 per year. Basically giving the tobacco part as a
gift and somewhat more.

I say it always as RN hits $30 when the litigation talks rattle it and then the stock comes back.

At $30 you have a solid stock with 7% divedend 10xeps and a great value. Sit at
ease and ride it back to $36 in 3-4 months.
I believe RN has more value than MO and has fallen much more due to the
rattling, and therefore will move faster on the upside.
Congress and the senate will never wipe away the total value of the
tobacco part, so you have $30 5/8 from NA plus at least $10 value for
the tobacco part after all deals are finalized and probavbly much more.
This is a $50 stock don't sell now. Besides I am hearing a lot of the
senate talk is even unconstitutional.

I believe as we go forward these lawsuits are moot since anyone smoking surely knows about it.

As to paying for the health risk. I believe that the smokers should pay for that. A smoker should pay more for health insurance since he takes the risk.
