That in MM language is called a "crossed" market. It is also a temorary condition just like a "locked" market. Only exists for a few seconds and ties everyone up until that absent minded MM realizes his error or gets back from grabbing a quick cup of coffee. Usually the guy won't pick up his phone. Until he is reached and honors his thousand shares he's obligated to and free's up the market..
