Thos,
I have to agree that if everyone following this thread (posters and lurkers alike) were to spend a few moments writing a letter to the SEC, perhaps it could stregthen the shareholders position or at the very least weaken the dark-side. Please don't take this to be laziness, but do you know to whom we should address these letters to specifically as I think it would be more benificial should the letters end up in the same (correct) department of the SEC.
Also, I can only speak for myself, but I have never wrote a letter of this nature so I am not sure exactly what to say. Would a general description of how we investors feel that the officers and IPIQ may have conspired to destroy our investments be suffiecient? I am not asking for exactly what we should write, but I think it's important that our letters have one clear focus as to give them more power.
To any of those out there lurking or posting, please take a moment and write to the SEC. Think about it, your sitting at a computer write now. How long could it possibly take to write a quick letter stating your unhappiness with this situation, addressing the envelope, slap a stamp on it, and mail. Put your mind to it and a I bet you could do it in less than 10 minutes. We all may have our differences, but 10 minutes and 32 cents isn't much to ask... even I have to admit that.
