awhile ago, a cardiologist i know mentioned that his broker told him about plc. he said that that he new of people who had the procedure, and he also seemed up on the subject. i asked him why the procedure works and he briefly commented, that they feel it is similar to a lizard's physiology.

if there are any biologists out in cyberland who can further elaborate, it would be interesting to hear from you, since it seems that the company (as far as i recall) is not 100% sure why the procedure works. this may help us all think further on what the fda may or may not do.
