Priscilla, Hundreds of posts ago,LE said that in May the insider shares become unrestricted.That these shares are restricted for 1 year and in May the year is up. What does that mean? Is this negative or positive or indifferent? Generally negative because it could increase the float if they decide to sell those restricted shares. However, we dont know WHO owns these shares, because they dont file with the SEC yet. If its only Ira and Arif and they know the "master" plan.. then it would be doubtful they would sell stock at these levels, especially since Ira was willing to buy stock from people a month ago. But its a good question and would be helpful to know exact dates these shares become UNRESTRICTED. And also how many. Maybe LE can help us out on this one and post the information.
