<<When do they report Q198 earnings? >> I checked First Call and they report earnings as coming the week of May 7th - so it looks like later rather than sooner although First Call is not known for accuracy. First Call reports 6 brokers following with a mean EPS of 1 cent per share. For the next quarter the est. is 8 cents per share. I certainly agree that the estimate of 42 cents for the whole year is out of whack. It seems they are guessing that earnings will keep increasing 7c per share per quarter 1 + 8 + 15 + 22 = .46?? andy
