Talking to myself again. Oh well.
Maybe it is time for VISN to punt.
Sell out or merge.
With three lasers out of ten left; it is clear that they have given
up and are now an eye glass retailer.
They have done great staying out of debt but they have not
in my estimate; met their business model.
I am too small to push Darmin and friends around but why in the
world would they waste their money on a small fry.
Unless !!

It was a short term cleanup and dump.
National Vision (NVAL) looks to me like a good candidate for
taking over via merger with VISN.
They are number five in the business. They are two to three time
bigger than VISN. That size tells me that they can not out right
buy VISN. Their stock is selling around $7. They are profitable.
Their price will not decline after such a merger because VISN
is near profitable and has little if any debt.

A stock swap merger with a replacement $7 for $4 would put me
just above break even. And I would take it and runnnn.
