Thanks for your work on the thread. There is another thread on MBHC, which is a bit more active. Perhaps you may want to move your information there so we have everything on 1 thread.

I have a few questions since you obviously follow the co.

1) You stated in Oct that there is 5M total shares outstanding. Have you confirmed anytime more recently that this still holds true? Also, of that 5M how many are in the float?

2) On 12/19/1997 there was a press release saying : MBHC "announced today that it is preparing to fulfill the requirements to become a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the end of January 1998, two full months ahead of its required reporting deadline of April 1, 1998.

Well the deadline has passed. Are they a reporting company as of April 1? I dont see any press releases stating so.

Thanks for your help in advance. If you want to answer on the other MBHC thread, its probably a good idea because that thread has a few more people on it!
