Steven, I thought I had seen that there were going to be court charges to both Q2 and Q3 (the current quarter). I'm pretty sure that Roger has been factoring into his numbers for the current quarter a charge for litigation. Of course, it was about 2 AM when I was reading through this stuff last night, so I certainly could have blown it. :-) Can anyone confirm the presence/absence of a charge to the current quarter's net income? Jim
