In the Jan.Conference Call,House did say that the March qtr is normally the weakest for the networking sector as a whole, but he did emphasise that Bay would perform better than it did last March and that we should see an increase in revenues.Well 2 weeks ago Bay preannounces a 10% shortfall in revenues. That within itself says a lot about House. Now he goes on to say that in June Bay will be recording record revenues? I really don't think so.House is now starting to bark at the wrong end of the tree.SV i think has more of an idea at what is going on at Bay than House himself.House is lost and is trying to cover up his failure by delivering +ve statements going forward into the June qtr.Bay should better sell-out now or otherwise come July and the stock will be making new lows.Csco is and will always remain the dominant player in this sector.Bay will never ever have a chance. The next troubling thing is this business of having to issue a 100M shares. That within itself spells trouble. If Bay was on the right track it really would not need to raise further capital inorder to make acquisitions.Bay has only one more qtr to go to prove themselves. If they fail in June don't expect any mercy from the street, because Bay will be toast, and that will be the end of House's career.
