Joel,

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist the need to pontificate once I read King's posts. Why don't you just get it over and short about 10,000 shares. It seems obvious what is happening here.....

1. So many people are buried in the stock they used recent strength to sell into.

2. The news with the earnings report exceeded most expectations.

3. Upgrades of the VFM will generate new revenues.

4. Sweetheart deals to entice banks will be fading away.

5. A new module in the 2nd or 3rd quarter coming.

6. The installs are getting more efficient.

7. R&D is stable and should decrease going forward.

8. Competition has not gained very much ground.

9. NTBK is way overpriced.

Many questions remain; however, this is the kind of stock that would move into the thirties just upon profitability.

Joel, feel free to criticize my post if you like, but do it with your pocketbook. I will be there to accumulate the shares you will be selling. We may still be 5 quarters away from making money, but it's coming, and this industry will be a big growth area.

Regards,

Kman
