I will bet that DIIG is suffering because of the weak industry category and because of Orbit - people don't want to have that worry on their hands. Remember, the ECM group has many essentially similar companies to choose from. You can avoid the ones with blemishes and still have a lot to choose from. This, of course, tends to mean opportunities in those blemished ones for the more venturesome.
