Of course, a short, hand-written report with a little passion about you and your family's interest in this IMES battle will make better reading to the SEC agent. I was thinking about this Clinton Admin. mess in DC. You know the sex angle will go nowhere (as demonstrated by the Jones verdict). As they say, this dog ain't gonna hunt. My bones to pick with the Clintons involved the kind of stuff best illustrated by the awful, attempted takeover of the US healthcare system. Which would have damaged the entire public (IMHO). The court held the Administration wrong in this attempted takeover.
What is the difference, philosophically, with what has happened to our public company? These PhD's who are attempting this takeover, to our detriment, are just as wrong. We all know they had the clear opportunity to do the right thing for everyone's interest at the start of difficulties. Instead, just like the Clinton administration, they did their planning behind closed doors. Financed by dubious means, bringing on lawyers to support their interests, maintaining secrecy to this day, all for their own interests. They are just as wrong.
I say let these selfish taipans get their butts out there for the next 10 years, attract public financing, and investors like us to their cause and do things the proper, legal, and American way. Until they
do, let em suck fish heads.
