Chris, <In the April 6th edition of Barron's, Bob Gabele writes (page 24) "Selling by insiders at electric utilities also appears to be on the increase." Gabele's article does NOT mention Y2K.> VERY INTERESTING ... particulary in light of de-regulation ... which theoretically should be a benefit. Maybe I should learn how to "short" stocks. Just seems SO un-American! Cheryl
