TM: thanks. Yes I understand the issue of bodies. But we haven't heard KEA complain, for example. And IMRS has said(or maybe it was an analyst report) they haven't reached capacity. All Indian shops seem to be able to expand adequately.

Pricing: Yes, perhaps consultants who bill hourly may price themselves out of the project if their tools prove inadequate. Again, IMRS is the only shop I know of that bids for contracts on a fixed-price/time frame basis and promises delivery according to those terms.

Do you know of an actual customer who has parted ways with the original consultants and found a better way?
