Is there any possibility that, due to the slowdown in Asia, some semiconductor manufacturers might continue to manufacturer with their older equipment and skip over .25 and go directly to smaller geometries at a later time? Is there a learning curve involved that makes it necessary to touch each base, technologically-speaking?
