Hi Mark! I agree with TraderGreg that this could help get the Toronto group moving.

But even if the Toronto group fails to perform and we get the 13 million shares back, there are "other alternatives" that are equally (or perhaps even more so) attractive for the benefit of GLOW shareholders.

Remember, the bottom line is EPS, regardless of how you get there.

I believe Gary Borglund will probably give the Toronto group just so long to get their act together. If they don't... it's their tough luck.

If the Toronto group has sold short on any of the 13 million shares that are being cancelled, they would have to cover which simply puts more buying pressure on the stock. That's good news to me.

As I said, I think GLOW has more leverage either way this goes.

I'm not just "putting a positive spin" on the news. I think the news serves a very real function. Gary Borglund is letting the Toronto group know that their time is up. Perform or Cover.

At least, that's how I see it.
