Safe to drive- yes motor skills- I had no noticable depreciation of motor skills. Although I did not test them side effects- none sleep- like a baby expensive- $21 for 80 doses. Bought the standardized liquid in a spray pump. one pump per dosage. Standardized herbs are more expensive but they are also more potent than non standardized. You get what you pay for. Gave me a true relaxed feeling. Kind of like coming out of a nice sauna. Nice minty flavor too. ht david
