If Tonto has the responses and can negate my contentions, and Tonto, I admit, these are things I've deduced, I could very well be off track, admittingly.

You are aware he contacted me about being supeona-ed as a witness in Morks civil suit against RMIL, Only Mork, myself and our lawyers were privy to that info, yet Kugler posted to me the exact time I was served?

* Why did you encourage RMIL shareholders to piggy-back on Dempsey Morks suit against RMIL and post Morks number and later attempt to rally RMIL shareholders to act upon RMIL?
