EAII--------ANYONE FOLLOW THIS ONE?

I have been in EAII for quite some time with a nice little profit, but I do not like the recent
activity. There was a shelf offering that was non-dilutive 1-2 weeks ago which took it off
it's highs and the stock has been "stabilizing" since. However, for those of you using
TC2000 for your TA, the BOP is one large RED block comprised of about 20 red lines
now. I do not want to sell based solely on that as I have seen many false negatives on
BOP, only to see a stock shoot up as soon as it turns green.

Can any of you drop me a note with your appraisal of the stock of this fine company. I am
not a day trader. I can hold this stock for months to a year if need be.
