Brad M, I presume the first filing GLOW will have will be after their audit is completed and they become fully reporting. According to a recent press release, they expect to be fully reporting during the second quarter. So I presume the 10-K for 1997 will be done before the end of June. The 10-Q for the 1Q 98 will probably be filed after that. Best wishes, Brad
