Brad, where did you hear that "They do expect the 1Q of 98 will show profits, however."? I don't recall seeing that anywhere else.

Also, I do realize that if these 3 acquisitions fall through, that they can acquire other companies. However, it would probably take another 3-6 months to find and finalize any new acquisitions.

On a positive note, from your post #382, ECS estimated 1998 revenues are $14 million and pre-tax profit are estimated at $7 million.

You also indicate that the company (GLOW) expects to do about $40 Million in revenue just from ECS, Internet gaming, and management services alone. Pre-tax profits of about $20 Million are estimated.

This would mean that assuming the accessions "unwind' and they don't have ECS, they would still have about $26 million in revenues and $13 million in pre-tax profits.

With 57.5 million shares outstanding (not counting the 16 million shares that they may retrieve) that would still be an EPS of about .22. If the 16 million shares are retrieved, then the EPS would be about .31.

That is assuming no other acquisitions and the "un-winding" of the ECS acquisition.

These are still great earnings!

Please let me know if any my information or assumptions are out of line.

However, if they are Ok, then GLOW's future is still looking great.

Good luck to all of us

Mike
