Heheheh...thanks for sharing the name derivation, Steve (vbg). LSI's connection to Japan, IMHO, is much more of a possible concern than the SE Asia connection. And the Japan troubles could become quite a bit more severe, it seems to me -- that economy looks like it could be headed back into depression if their banking repercussions in SE Asia don't get fixed. It is questionable how much "real" equity some of the big Japanese banks still have. Bears close watching..
In the semiconductor life here, things could remain difficult for Intel somewhat longer than I had thought. How much bleedover there is to over chip companies, I don't know (not much?) Anyway, here is the article:
