I'm really glad to see some relief for the TSXX shareholders Scott, but I think they should be very very cautious. Abitragers are going to have a field day for a while and then the dilution effect is going to set in on ANTC followed by reduced earnings, downgrades, and possible additional suspensions of other contracts. The book-to-bill ratio could be going to dry up like a prune in the hot desert sun.

If TCI and others were going to restart, I would kill to know that date.
