Dear CR, With all due respect to your background and track record as a short-seller, I can't help saying that most of your posts on this thread lack substance. My feeling is that you are not trying to help anybody here, instead you assert your right to be short on TAVA (which would be ridiculous to question). Obviously, you don't share the belief of the thread that TAVA is worth investing on the long side - no need to reiterate the fact. You just don't believe. You know that, we know that - so what?! Let's keep that in mind and go back to business! If I may suggest: try to discover new facts about TAVA that would support your short position. Otherwise your belief is based solely on your perception of future market reactions - i.e. it is purely subjective. This thread has enough knowledge, experience and courage to face the reality.
