Eddie, I think you missed the point. It's about about letting others do the hand holding, the Andersons and the EDS of the world. DELL sells computers, if you will, the enabling part of the equation. DELL is saying, that they feel their customers are smart enough to handle the rest, if not, let others handle the messing part. DELL provides the latest, the cheapest, the fastest, the most satisfying, computer buying experience on the planet, that's what DELL does, period! Greg
