My friend and I will vote no at this price. Mecc is below its premerger price. Is this merger hurting Softkey and Mecc's stock price? When Softkey was at 13 1/2 and Mecc at 15 1/2, a major shareholder came out and said he would vote no. Softkey bottomed out and went back up to 26 Mecc to 30. Then the chairman of Mecc, N.A. Fund, came out and said he will still vote yes concerning the deal. Softkey has dropped to 19 1/2 and Mecc from 30 to 22. Is the merger the reason? I sold out of mecc at 29 but I bought back in at 24. A little to soon. What will become of the deal now? Go to www.lombard.com, look at the intraday chart for Sofkey. Can you tell if the shares are being sold or bought by the graph? Solid red for buy, outline for sell? Kirby
