Peter and Alton, In my opinion, for discussion... I gave up on Gann boxes long ago. Not that I did a thousand hours with it but it is really clear to me that it's hindsight is mightier than its foresight. Honestly, I am amazed that some TAers use them exclusively. The drawing of trendlines and use of moving averages will yield the same clues that Gann boxes offer if not even better. Every major support, resistance and breakout that is registered with the box has a trendline or moving average at the very spot a 1x1 or 1x2 or a two by four exists and they are easier to draw. Everything in TA is subjective but boxes are king. Regards, Jerry
