Parrish, you're right that I only used 3 quarters of earnings for the projection. That's partially because I'm not sure what the earnings were for Q4 of last year; however, I'm guessing that Q4 was probably approximately a break-even quarter, so that the last 3 quarters earnings roughly equals the last 4 quarters of earnings. (By the way, most of these numbers are taken from previous posts in this thread, meaning Roger and others really did most of this work. I'm not really adding new content, just summarizing) One other thing . . . using a 30 PE ratio for projection . . . I picked it because it seemed to take a middle ground between the highest and lowest PE's that people on this thread thought TLTK deserved. Is it right? Who knows???!! But it does help to at least get a ballpark feel for the value of the shares. Jim
