TO tgs and Shaq: I distinctly remember you both posting your thoughts on why the there was no big deal about the the potential class suit.As I recALL TGS INDICATED IT WAS PROBABLY BECAUSE THE STOCK DROPPED QUITE A BIT ON jAN. 9 TH BUT THEN RECOVERD TO 7 -71/2
AND THAT FROM THERE on OUT IT SHOULD DO BETTER (or words to that effect).
Shaq as I recall your response you indicated that the furor due to a rumor that GTMC offices were raided which turned out to be untrue as it was Multimedias office that took hit. Again as best as I can recall both responses were made after GMTC's March 12th. press release addressing this matter. Frankly I find it very difficult to believe that you did not see even the remotest connection between the two events. Surely you knew about this potential problem and Your wall st. savvy is certainly right up there. can you enlighten me on this point
