Kirk - why would the company publish the price re: what they paid for the ISP? That would be stupid. Companies need to have certain info. held as confidential...(the more the better in my opinion..) Byron has already provided the links to the ISP & info about it in the past if you took the time to do some research. Part of the deal involved DGIV stock. I'm glad the company doesn't provide a bunch of specifics - as it would be stupid to do so. We live in a competitive world & that demands protection of corporate info. Yes - we know that it's the Directorate General.... Obviously - you have absolutely no clue about the concept of protecting corporate information.
