Dear Sue -- The stock was $20 around Thanksgiving and reached $83 the day it listed (last Wednesday). The recent 2 day price decline could be volatility based on the price surge -- many people sell on "good" news -- with perhaps the market also adjusting to the FCC uncertainty.

There's a high likelihood that a lot of the buyers on Wednesday (and the days leading up to the NASDAQ listing) were not aware of the FCC/Baby Bell activity.

P.S. At $75 it was selling for 1/3 of Sprint's valuation and 1/10 of AT&T's, both of which could implement the same business plan that Level 3 has.
