Nabil, Gary Perkins doesn't work for Agora Internet Marketing. Gary is a director of Valu-net. By the way I understand he himself bought 40,000 shares of Valu-net in the $1.40 range 2 weeks ago. This can be confirmed by ASE insider trading reports although I'm not sure where these can be found. He is gone away until the 20th of April but you can contact David Lucatch the president of Valu-net for information. You can get his number from the website, vncorp.com. I would encourage you to call these people to get first hand information. That is their job, to be responsible to the shareholders. Cheers, Brian
